US Immigration Medical Exam: New You Chicago
Immigration Services require an immigration medical exam before awarding a green card or permanent residency. Dr. Beata Danek is certified by the USCIS to perform an immigration physical exam.The US Immigration Medical Exam is an obligatory therapeutic Form I-693 medical exam that will include medical history, physical examination, test to rule out tuberculosis, syphilis, and gonorrhea. Immunization against contagious diseases: measles, mumps, rubella, varicella, and tetanus. If it is flu season, you will also get the flu vaccine.
